Stuffing is a 2D beat ’em up in the vein of the old school heydays of SNES and arcade beat em ups. I’m taking a lot of references from some of the games I grew up on like double dragon, Battletoads and even more recently Castle Crashers

Originally I had the idea after going to AUSPAX 2013. I found myself so inspired and amazed at what people were doing that I wanted to do it myself.

As soon as I got home from the 3 days oh pure exhilaration my game development hobby started. I began learning everything and anything I could. I downloaded different engines and started fiddling testing and trying different things. In early 2015 when epic games released unreal engine 4 I jumped straight on to it and started building up stuffing.

Since then I have been working on it on and off when I get the chance. As I am not a game developer by trade and have only learned what I know as I’ve gone, it can sometimes be very frustrating and time-consuming.

I will be updating this site at least once a week and will show you all the progress as it’s done.
